Urges all state departments and agencies to consider antisemitism as evidence of discriminatory intent when enforcing laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, or national origin

Encourages district attorneys general to seek enhanced sentences for crimes where the defendant intentionally targeted victims or property due to antisemitic motivation

Directs K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and government entities to use this definition when evaluating complaints alleging antisemitic incidents on campus or through electronic communications
