Recognizes Robert Allan Clark of Mount Carmel upon his retirement in November 2025 as a Veterans Service Officer with the Tennessee Division of Veterans Services after 10 years of service

Clark served in the Army National Guard with active duty during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, earning multiple military decorations including the South West Asia Service Medal with Bronze Service Star and Meritorious Service Medal

Began with the Division in 2015 as an administrative assistant, promoted to Veterans Service Officer after two years

Assisted more than 5,000 veterans in obtaining assistance and medical care during his tenure, including veterans now serving in Congress and the Tennessee Legislature

Received the Tennessee Division of Veterans Services Advocate of the Year award in 2019, the division's highest honor
