Honors the memory of Dr. Yoo Keun "Tom" Kim of Knoxville, founder of the Kim Health Center and the Free Medical Clinic of America (established 1993)

Dr. Kim escaped the Korean War as a child with his family, moving from North Korea to South Korea and then to the United States

Established three free medical clinics across East Tennessee and provided care to more than 16,000 patients in the Knoxville area, focusing on low-income and uninsured individuals

Extends sympathy and condolences to his surviving family, including wife Hwa Ok Kim, children Kimberly and Timothy, and granddaughter Elaine Chapman
