Recognizes Norman Brown as the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce 2025 Business Legend of the Year

Norman Brown serves as owner and president of Roscoe Brown, Inc., a third-generation family HVAC, plumbing, and insulation company celebrating its 85th anniversary in 2025

Under his leadership, the company expanded from a local HVAC business to locations in Nashville, Tullahoma, and McMinnville across Middle Tennessee

Brown served as former chairman of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, supporter of Destination Rutherford, and co-chair of the Workforce Development Construction Council

His son Will Brown joined the family business in 2025, continuing the legacy started by founder Roscoe Brown and continued by Norman's father Gary Brown, also a former Business Legend honoree
