She holds multiple NFIB leadership positions including membership on the Tennessee Leadership Council, State Political Action Committee, and Labor Advisory Council; Jones Contractors has been an NFIB member since 2012

Jones advocates for small business issues at state and federal levels and participates in community organizations including the Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Delta Leadership Institute (Class of 2013), and WestStar Leadership (Class of 2017)
