Requires election officers at polling places using electronic voting systems to provide a paper ballot to any voter who requests one, with the ballot printed on-demand and scanned by optical scanner after voting

Repeals Section 31.014 of the Election Code

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to elections held on or after that date
