Expands limited ballot voting options for voters who have moved to a new county, allowing them to vote on election day in addition to during the early voting period or by mail

Permits limited ballot voting at any early voting polling place, countywide polling places on election day, or the polling place in the voter's new precinct of residence, rather than only at the main early voting polling place

Changes responsibility for determining eligible offices and measures, preparing voting machines, and processing limited ballots from the "early voting clerk" to the broader term "election officer"

Requires the county clerk (rather than early voting clerk) to notify the voter registrar in the voter's former county of residence within 30 days of receiving a limited ballot application

Takes effect September 1, 2025
