Special education students receive the $4,000 bonus regardless of whether they are classified as educationally disadvantaged

Maintains existing bonus amounts of $5,000 for educationally disadvantaged graduates and $3,000 for non-educationally disadvantaged graduates

Takes effect September 1, 2025
