Requires the Texas Workforce Commission, in consultation with the Texas Veterans Commission, to create and distribute a veterans benefits and services poster to all employers in Texas with at least 50 employees

The poster must include information on how employees can apply for unemployment compensation benefits, contact the Texas Veterans Commission, access the veterans crisis hotline, claim veteran tax benefits, and obtain driver's licenses or personal IDs

The poster must also provide information about services available to veterans including education, workforce placement, training programs, legal assistance, and substance abuse and mental health treatment

Employers with 50 or more employees must display the poster in a conspicuous place accessible to all employees

The Texas Workforce Commission must create and distribute the poster by December 1, 2025, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
