Provides a one-time 10 percent increase to monthly service retirement benefits, disability retirement benefits, and death benefits paid by the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS)

Applies to retirees and beneficiaries receiving benefits for service credited in the employee class under Chapter 814 or Chapter 820 of the Government Code

Requires the ERS board of trustees to recompute benefit amounts by applying the 10 percent adjustment to the monthly payment otherwise required

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to monthly benefit payments made on or after that date
