Expands methods for self-storage facility lessors to advertise lien sales beyond traditional newspaper publication to include publicly accessible websites that regularly conduct personal property auctions or any "commercially reasonable manner"

Defines "commercially reasonable manner" of notice as having at least three independent bidders register for, view, or attend the sale, whether conducted in-person or online

Removes the requirement to publish notice in a newspaper once in each of two consecutive weeks, allowing single publication or alternative methods

Establishes waiting periods before sale: 15 days after publication notice, 10 days after posting notice, or 10 days after notice given in a commercially reasonable manner

Applies only to self-service storage facility rental agreements entered into, extended, or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
