Prohibits peace officers from engaging in "motorcycle profiling," defined as law enforcement actions based on a person operating a motorcycle or wearing motorcycle-related paraphernalia rather than on actual behavior or criminal activity information

Includes in the definition of motorcycle profiling any motor vehicle stop of a motorcyclist that is extended beyond the time necessary to complete the original purpose of the stop

Requires every law enforcement agency in Texas to adopt a detailed written policy on motorcycle profiling that clearly defines prohibited acts and strictly prohibits officers from engaging in such conduct

Mandates agencies implement a complaint process for individuals who believe they have been subjected to motorcycle profiling by an officer

Requires agencies to take appropriate corrective action against officers found to have violated the motorcycle profiling policy after investigation; agencies must adopt policies by December 1, 2025
