Amends Section 86.005 of the Texas Election Code to allow electronic or photocopied signatures on mail-in ballot carrier envelopes for individuals who are unable to sign by hand, as a reasonable accommodation

Amends Section 86.0051 to extend the same accommodation to persons who assist voters by depositing or obtaining carrier envelopes, permitting them to use electronic or photocopied signatures if unable to sign by hand

Maintains the general requirement that signatures on mail-in ballot carrier envelopes must be made using ink on paper for voters and assistants who are able to sign by hand

Takes effect September 1, 2025
