Adds a new optional "pregnancy directive" section to the standard advance directive form where persons of child-bearing age can specify how pregnancy should modify their life-sustaining treatment decisions

Updates the out-of-hospital do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order requirements to include a statement allowing persons of child-bearing age to specify how pregnancy affects their DNR order

Changes references from "pregnant patients" to "pregnant persons" and removes the blanket prohibition on withholding cardiopulmonary resuscitation or life-sustaining treatment from pregnant individuals

Updates the advance directive instructions to reference three types of directives available under Texas law (Medical Power of Attorney, Out-of-Hospital DNR Order, and Health Care Facility DNR Order) instead of the previous two
