Expands limited ballot voting eligibility for voters who recently moved to a new county, allowing them to vote not only during the early voting period or by mail, but also on election day itself

Requires voters casting a limited ballot on election day to do so at the location of the main early voting polling place, with statements submitted to a person designated by the early voting clerk

Authorizes early voting clerks to use official ballots for early voting by mail when conducting limited ballot voting on election day at the main early voting polling place location

Applies to registered voters whose new county registration is not yet effective on election day but who would have been eligible to vote in their former county of residence

Takes effect September 1, 2025
