Expands locations where voters who have moved to a new county can submit a limited ballot from only the main early voting polling place to any early voting polling place designated by the county for limited ballot voting

Allows counties to designate multiple early voting polling places where voters may cast limited ballots, increasing accessibility for voters who recently relocated

Maintains existing requirement that voters submit a statement with their limited ballot application, either in person at a designated polling place or with their mail ballot application

Takes effect September 1, 2025
