Requires landlords to disclose all fixed, recurring fees (other than rent) to tenants before a written lease is signed

Disclosure requirement is satisfied if the fee amount is included in the written lease or a lease amendment

Tenants are not obligated to pay any recurring fees that were not properly disclosed before lease signing

Preserves the ability of landlords and tenants to agree to new recurring fees for goods or services during an existing lease term

Applies only to leases entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
