Requires school districts claiming good cause exceptions from armed security requirements to renew those exceptions annually and develop alternative security standards with specific training requirements within 90 days

Mandates schools provide safe firearm storage information to parents at least three times per school year and requires sheriffs in counties under 350,000 population to hold school safety coordination meetings at least twice annually
