Directs the State Board of Education to develop grade-appropriate curriculum describing positive personal and societal outcomes associated with the Success Sequence, incorporating evidence from specified academic studies by The Brookings Institution, American Enterprise Institute, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Allows the State Board of Education to partner with Texas-based nonprofit organizations experienced in Success Sequence instruction to develop the curriculum

Permits school districts and charter schools to integrate the instruction into existing health, economics, or personal financial literacy courses
