Amends Section 28.002(s) of the Texas Education Code to expand the required health curriculum content related to bullying and harassment in public schools

Requires the State Board of Education, in consultation with the Texas School Safety Center, to adopt evidence-based practices addressing awareness, prevention, identification, self-defense, resolution, and intervention for bullying and harassment

Adds new requirement for the health curriculum to teach students respect for another person's bodily autonomy and confidence in protecting their own bodily autonomy

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
