Requires instruction on FDA-approved contraceptive methods, their health benefits, side effects, and proper use, while also emphasizing abstinence as the preferred choice for unmarried school-age students and the only 100% effective method

Must include education on Title IX protections regarding sexual harassment and assault, how to identify and report incidents, and available victim services including counseling and academic accommodations

Parents must receive written notice before each school year summarizing curriculum content and their rights to review materials and request their child be excused from instruction without penalty; districts must also adopt policies on condom distribution and menstrual product provision
