Allows election authorities to order an extended early voting period beginning the 19th day before election day and continuing up to the third day before election day, expanding beyond the standard period that begins on the 17th day

Requires that during an extended early voting period, main early voting polling places must be open for at least 12 hours on any weekday or Saturday and at least 5 hours on any Sunday

Mandates that county voter registrar offices remain open during all hours that the main early voting polling place is open, removing previous limitations that only required extended hours under specific circumstances

Maintains existing requirements for primary and general elections requiring at least 12 consecutive hours of voting on the last Saturday (between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.) and at least 6 consecutive hours on the last Sunday (between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
