Extends the deadline for municipalities with populations under 10,000 to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove subdivision plats from 30 days to 90 days after filing

Allows small municipalities (under 10,000 population) 90 days instead of 30 days for governing body approval after planning commission approval when both approvals are required

Extends the timeline for small municipalities to make final determinations on conditionally approved or disapproved plats from 15 days to 45 days after an applicant submits a response

Maintains the existing 30-day approval periods for municipalities with populations of 10,000 or more

Applies only to applications submitted on or after September 1, 2025
