Modifies the required half-credit economics course for high school graduation to explicitly include personal financial literacy as part of the curriculum

Eliminates the previous option for students to take "personal financial literacy & economics" as a standalone alternative, instead making personal financial literacy an integrated component of the standard economics course

Applies only to students entering ninth grade during the 2025-2026 school year or later; students already in grades 10-12 during 2025-2026 remain under previous requirements

Takes effect immediately with a two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
