Protects certain information from disclosure, including social security numbers, driver's license numbers, phone numbers, and victim-identifying information

Mandates removal of records from the website after 10 years, upon conviction reversal on appeal, upon issuance of a nondisclosure order, or upon expunction

Establishes a procedure for peace officers to quickly access DWI-related criminal history during traffic stops using driver's license, ID, or license plate numbers, with implementation deadline of August 1, 2026
