Requires retailers of beef, pork, and beef or pork products to affix labels designating the country of origin of the meat on product containers

Mandates that unwrapped or unpackaged beef and pork displayed for sale must have the display case or container clearly labeled with the country of origin

Establishes a civil penalty of $1,000 per day for each day a retailer continues to violate the labeling requirements

Authorizes the attorney general to sue to collect civil penalties and recover reasonable expenses including investigative costs, court costs, attorney's fees, witness fees, and deposition expenses

Takes effect September 1, 2025
