Restricts Texas Parks and Wildlife Department game wardens and commissioned peace officers from entering private property unless specific conditions are met

Requires property entry only with: owner permission, probable cause of a criminal offense, a warrant or court order, an emergency threatening public health/safety/welfare, or another legal exception to the warrant requirement

Directs the Parks and Wildlife Commission to establish rules prohibiting unauthorized private property entry by department officers

Maintains existing authority for department employees to enter land or water where wild game or fish range for enforcement and scientific research purposes, subject to the new restrictions

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to property entries occurring on or after that date
