Requires school districts to provide written notice to parents before each school year and at least one week prior to any instruction containing religious content, including religious literature, texts, figures, beliefs, holy days, or religion's impact on history

Notice must be delivered via personal delivery, mail, or email and include a detailed description of the religious content, a general schedule of when instruction will occur, and information about state law requirements

Parents have the right to review or purchase copies of curriculum materials and to remove their student from any religious instruction without disciplinary action, academic penalty, or other sanctions

Establishes that parents may file grievances through the district's grievance procedure for violations of these notification requirements

Takes effect September 1, 2025
