Upgrades promotion of prostitution and aggravated promotion of prostitution involving victims younger than 14 years of age to capital felonies, while offenses involving victims ages 14-17 become first degree felonies

Raises sexual performance by a child offenses to first degree felonies, with capital felony classification when the victim is younger than 14 years of age

Eliminates parole eligibility for inmates serving sentences for continuous sexual abuse of a child and certain trafficking offenses that are now classified as capital felonies, with changes applying only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025
