Requires school districts to pay classroom teachers, full-time librarians, full-time certified school counselors, and full-time school nurses a monthly salary increase of at least $400 for the 2025-2026 school year above what they would have received under the prior year's salary schedule

Guarantees that employees in these positions who were employed during the 2025-2026 school year cannot have their salary reduced below that level as long as they remain employed by the same district

Provides school districts with state aid equal to $4,000 per classroom teacher, full-time librarian, full-time certified school counselor, and full-time school nurse to fund the salary increases

Extends state aid eligibility to school districts that would otherwise be ineligible for state aid under the education funding chapter

Takes effect September 1, 2025, applying beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
