Executive branch agencies receiving more than $10 million in general revenue appropriations and having 100 or more full-time equivalent positions must broadcast live video and audio of open meetings on their websites, then archive recordings for two years within seven days of each meeting

Legislative branch agencies and smaller executive branch agencies must post either audio or video/audio recordings of open meetings to their website or social media account within seven days of each meeting

All affected governmental bodies must post meeting notices on their websites or social media within the same timeframes required under existing open meetings law

Exemptions apply during catastrophes or technical breakdowns, though agencies must make reasonable efforts to provide recordings afterward; commodity producers boards are exempt until September 1, 2030

Requirements take effect for open meetings held on or after September 1, 2027, and once an agency meets the threshold criteria for any fiscal year beginning September 1, 2025, it must continue complying in all subsequent years
