Requires political subdivisions to submit annual reports by January 1 to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) on multifamily residential developments receiving financial assistance under Chapter 1372, housing tax credits, or property tax exemptions under Section 303.042

Reports must include a list of developments in operation, under construction, or being rehabilitated, along with developer names, appraised or estimated values, and the length of benefit terms awarded

TDHCA must create and maintain a publicly accessible database containing the names of reporting political subdivisions and all submitted development information, aggregated by political subdivision

Database information must be retained for at least two years after a development's benefits have ended

TDHCA must submit a written report to the legislature by March 1 each year containing all database information; effective date is September 1, 2025
