Prohibits selling, offering to sell, or giving away over-the-counter weight loss drugs and dietary supplements (including products containing creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia, steroids, or green coffee bean extract) to individuals under 18 years of age

Requires retailers to keep covered products inaccessible to customers by placing them behind counters or in locked cases, and to verify age through ID when a buyer's age cannot be reasonably determined

Imposes specific requirements for online and remote sales, including mandatory age verification using government databases, signature upon delivery, and collection of buyer's full name, birth date, and address

Establishes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, enforceable by the attorney general, who may also seek injunctions and recover attorney's fees

Provides an affirmative defense for sellers if a minor presented an apparently valid government-issued ID that passed age verification; compliance required beginning December 1, 2025
