Requires the State Preservation Board to place a nativity scene on the Texas State Capitol grounds during at least the month of December each year

Exempts the nativity scene from being classified as a monument, removing it from limitations that apply to monuments under Section 443.0152(a-1) of the Government Code

Adds new Section 443.01528 to Chapter 443 of the Government Code

Takes effect September 1, 2025
