Renames the criminal offense of "child pornography" to "child sexual abuse material" throughout Texas law, including in Penal Code Section 43.26 governing possession or promotion of such material

Updates terminology in the Business & Commerce Code requiring computer technicians to report discovered images of "child sexual abuse material" to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

Amends references across multiple codes including the Code of Criminal Procedure, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Estates Code, and Family Code to replace "child pornography" with "child sexual abuse material"

Updates digital service provider requirements to protect minors from content promoting "child sexual abuse material" instead of "child pornography"

Makes conforming changes to statutes of limitations, sex offender registration requirements, evidence rules, community supervision provisions, and parental rights termination grounds to reflect the new terminology
