Communications office will market and promote Texas domestically and internationally through advertising, public service announcements, and other methods

Focus areas include informing people about state and federal laws relevant to doing business in Texas or visiting as a tourist

Office must prepare and distribute information about laws and programs related to entry into Texas for business, tourism, and immigration purposes, including law enforcement aspects

Effective date: September 1, 2025
