Reduces the minimum letter height requirement for firearm prohibition signs from one inch to one-half inch for signs posted under Sections 30.05, 30.06, and 30.07 of the Penal Code

Creates an alternative sign option featuring a standardized pictogram (black handgun within a red circle at least 6 inches in diameter with a diagonal red line) on a white background with black text in both English and Spanish

Allows property owners to use simplified language such as "No firearms permitted on this property," "No concealed handguns permitted on this property," or "No openly carried handguns permitted on this property" as alternatives to the longer statutory citations

Permits property owners to combine notices for criminal trespass (30.05), concealed carry trespass (30.06), and open carry trespass (30.07) on a single sign, requiring only one pictogram when using the pictogram format

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
