Authorizes municipal governing bodies to grant municipal courts civil jurisdiction to enforce ordinances related to building standards (Subchapter A, Chapter 214, Local Government Code) and junked vehicles (Subchapter E, Chapter 683, Transportation Code)

Grants municipal courts concurrent jurisdiction with district courts and county courts at law to enforce health and safety and nuisance abatement ordinances within city limits and on municipality-owned property in extraterritorial jurisdiction

Empowers municipal courts to issue search warrants for investigating health and safety or nuisance abatement ordinance violations

Authorizes municipal courts to issue seizure warrants allowing municipalities to secure, remove, or demolish offending property and clear debris from premises

Takes effect September 1, 2025
