Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to review and identify provider types eligible for expedited credentialing whenever a new Medicaid program is established

Mandates the commission conduct this review of expedited credentialing requirements at least annually, in addition to when new programs are created

Medicaid managed care organizations must establish and implement expedited credentialing processes for the provider types identified by the commission

Allows state agencies to delay implementation if federal waivers or authorizations are required, and requires agencies to request such approvals

Takes effect September 1, 2025
