Requires insurers offering Medicare supplement benefit plans to individuals 65 and older to also offer the same coverage to individuals under 65 who qualify for Medicare due to disability or end stage renal disease

Mandates that premiums charged to eligible individuals under 65 must be the same as those charged to individuals who are 65 years of age

Applies all benefits, protections, policies, and procedures for standard Medicare supplement plans to coverage for the under-65 disabled population

Applies to Medicare supplement benefit plans delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026

Takes effect September 1, 2025
