Allows nonprofit wildlife conservation associations (including local chapters, affiliates, wildlife cooperatives, and units) to sell raffle tickets online through their website to previously identified supporters

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting organizations from using paid mass media advertising (TV, radio, newspaper) to promote raffles

Permits statewide raffle promotion only through the organization's website or direct communications (newsletters, social media, email) to previously identified supporters

Prohibits using websites to display graphics or dynamic animations of raffle entries or ticket drawings

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
