Requires the comptroller to disclose confidential information from coin-operated machine license and registration applications to state or local law enforcement agencies upon written request in connection with an investigation

Information disclosed to law enforcement remains confidential and may only be used for investigation purposes and related prosecutions

Expands the comptroller's enforcement authority to suspend or revoke other tax permits or licenses the comptroller administers when a coin-operated machine license or registration holder violates regulations

Grounds for license denial, suspension, or revocation include: violating chapter rules, making false statements on applications, extending credit without notification, using coercion, or entering restrictive contracts with location owners

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
