Removes confidentiality protections for identifying information about persons or entities that manufacture, transport, test, procure, compound, prescribe, dispense, or provide substances or supplies used in executions, making this information subject to public disclosure

Maintains confidentiality protections for persons who directly participate in execution procedures, including those who use or administer substances during the execution

Amends both Section 552.1081 of the Government Code and Article 43.14 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to distinguish between execution participants (confidential) and material suppliers (public)

Applies only to public information requests received on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
