Extends the deadline for early voting ballot boards to verify and count provisional ballots from the 9th day to the 10th day after an election

Establishes a new requirement that early voting ballot boards must determine whether to accept mail ballots no later than the 10th day after the election date

Changes the deadline for notifying voters of ballot rejection from 10 days after election day to 10 days after the local canvass

Rejection notices must be sent to the voter's residence address, and also to their email address if the ballot was originally transmitted electronically

Takes effect September 1, 2025
