Changes the start date of the early voting period for in-person voting from the 17th day before election day to the first business day after the voter registration deadline closes

Links the early voting start date to Section 13.143 of the Election Code, which governs when voter registration becomes effective for an election

Maintains the existing end date for early voting, which remains the fourth day before election day

Takes effect September 1, 2025
