Allows election authorities to order early voting during an "extended early voting period" continuing for any number of consecutive days up to and including the day before election day, in addition to existing Saturday/Sunday voting options

Requires that during any extended early voting period, the main early voting polling place must be open for at least 12 hours on weekdays and Saturdays, and at least 5 hours on Sundays

Mandates the voter registrar's office remain open to provide voter registration information during all hours the main early voting polling place is open, removing the previous limitation to only extended or weekend hours

Maintains existing requirements for primary and general elections requiring at least 12 hours of voting on the last Saturday and at least 6 hours on the last Sunday of the early voting period

Permits counties to include votes cast during an extended early voting period in the precinct-by-precinct report delivered to the local canvassing authority
