Requires the Winkler County Commissioners Court to pay juvenile board members additional annual compensation, changing from permissive ("may") to mandatory ("shall")

Removes the previous $1,200 cap on additional compensation, allowing the commissioners court to determine the amount paid to board members

Eliminates the distinction between compensation for the board chairman and other members, applying the same compensation structure to all members

Restricts payment of additional compensation to the county's general fund only, removing the option to use "any other available fund"

Adds Section 152.0003 to the list of general juvenile board provisions that do not apply to the Winkler County Juvenile Board

Takes effect September 1, 2025
