Amends Section 28.002(a) of the Texas Education Code to add new required content to the public school health curriculum

Mandates instruction that "human life begins at conception and has inherent dignity and immeasurable worth from the moment of conception"

Applies to all school districts offering kindergarten through grade 12 as part of the enrichment curriculum health requirements

Takes effect beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Becomes effective immediately upon receiving two-thirds vote in both legislative chambers, or September 1, 2025, if that threshold is not met
