Grants any person the right to reasonable ingress and egress to visit cemeteries or private burial grounds that lack public access

Requires landowners surrounding such cemeteries to allow access between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day of the year, replacing the previous provision that let landowners determine "reasonable hours of availability"

Permits landowners to designate the specific routes for entering and exiting their property to reach the cemetery

Limits access rights to purposes usually associated with cemetery visits

Takes effect September 1, 2025
