Prohibits school district and open-enrollment charter school officers and employees from using public resources to distribute communications that directly or indirectly advocate for or against candidates, measures, or political parties

Allows school employees to distribute neutral election information about election dates, polling place locations, and voting hours

Prohibits using public resources to transport school employees or students to political rallies or polling places for political advocacy purposes, but permits educational visits to polling places if no advocacy occurs

Bans the use of images captured of school employees or students during polling place visits in political advertising or campaign communications

Violations constitute a Class A misdemeanor; the law applies to conduct occurring on or after September 1, 2025
